Spring is finally coming, but over the past month we’ve witnessed countless stunning runway shows that hint at the styles to come next fall and winter. We have to say, seeing the next generation of knits and parkas makes us dread the inevitable return of colder weather significantly less.
To close off fashion month, last week Canada took its turn to showcase homegrown talent, with returning brands like Pink Tartan and Rudsak and fresh new faces like Kania showing their fall/winter 2015 collections.

Rudsak
The king of cool, Evik Asatoorian, offered a series of bold outerwear with true, Northern Canadian spirit.
Mackage
Eran Elfassy and Elisa Dahan’s models walked down their winter-themed runway in chic ski-wear, leather jackets with fringe embellishments and splashes of burgundy.
Farley Chatto
Farley Chatto’s collection was a nod to the opulence of Imperial Russia, with rich furs and gowns fit for an empress.
Pink Tartan
Models in exquisitely crafted trousers and luxurious furs floated through the clouds on the Pink Tartan runway.
MIKAEL D
Characteristically romantic, Mikael D’s collection featured evening wear swirling with floral trims, symbolic dragons and phoenix embellishments.
