Noteworthy accomplishments: Two-time Pan American Softball Championships silver medalist.
What motivates you: “My former travel coach Bob Acton has ALS, and I know being active has always been an important part of his life. When I train and get tired, I think of him and push myself because I know he physically can’t.”
Athlete: Leah Robinson, @leahhhrobinson
Sport: Sprinter
Noteworthy achievements: Two-time Paralympian.
What motivates you: “Everything I’ve accomplished thus far has been because of the amazing support I’ve received from numerous people over the years.”

Noteworthy achievements: 2015 NCAA Fencing Championships bronze medalist.
What motivates you: “Whenever I face a big loss, something inside of me knows that I’m better than my losses, and that I can be the best.”

Sport: Rhythmic Gymnast
Noteworthy achievements: Two-time Canadian national champion
What motivates you: “My motivation comes from a desire to make Canada proud, and also to improve awareness for gymnastics in this country.”
Athlete: Kimberly Haycinthe, @kimhyacinthe
Sport: Sprinter
Noteworthy accomplishments: Two-time Universiade gold medalist and 2014 Commonwealth Games team member.
What motivates you: “I want to be one of the fastest women in the world. Every time something gets hard, I remind myself that’s what I want to be.”
