Must-See Met Gala Looks

S/ headquarters was abuzz this morning as our team poured over each and every look seen at last night’s Met Gala. While there was a consensus on the many cringeworthy moments (Madonna, Demi Lovato, Irina Shayk, etc.) our best dressed picks were quite diverse. Check out our favourites below:

Style chameleon Zendaya knocked it out of the park with her slinky golden Michael Kors one-sleeved gown. The glimmering sequin embroidery felt subtly futuristic and her mod-style bowl cut added a space-age edge. Kors described the look as “glamorous android” and Zendaya has never looked more chic.

I love a woman in a suit and Edie Campbell wore the hell out of this Burberry ensemble. Not sure if I love the tailoring of the jacket or the wide leg pant more.

Lupita sparkled in this seafoam green number by Calvin Klein Collection. Green seems to be a colour that works really well for her and become her signature go-to hue. I particularly loved her multi-tiered tower hairdo that may or may not have been a nod to Nina Simone.

I loved the artful nod to the space age in Nicole’s dress. It also fit her perfectly and wasn’t overly accessorized with jewellery, hair, or make up.
